Job Description:
Join a team that supports employees, customers, and clients during critical situations by receiving inbound calls related to risk-averse incidents involving driver safety and accidents. Active listening skills to respond with essential questions to accurately document details for reports. Responsibilities:
  • Receives calls and reports related to occurrences of roadway accidents, property damage, equipment damage, workersโ€™ compensation, hazardous materials, and citizen complaints.
  • Maintains Risk Management databases, including contact information for claimants and vendors.
  • Processes Risk Management correspondence to the appropriate parties involved as needed.
  • Escalates accident information to appropriate personnel in accordance with established procedures.
  • Administers accident processes, including police contact, drug/alcohol screening, information intake, driver, and equipment

  • Escalates non-standard and serious accidents to claims/legal and carries out instructions as directed.
  • Research, compile, track reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of previous work experience in the trucking industry, preferred.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
