Talis Group’s client is small and established CPA firm located in Louisville, KY that specializes in tax preparation, bookkeeping, and financial planning services for both businesses and individuals.  This firm is seeking a dependable Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide front office and administrative support.  Duties will be working in PDF and Word documents, filing, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. The hourly pay is $19-$20/hour.  Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Temp assignment is projected to last about 4-6 weeks.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is professional, friendly, organized, and comfortable handling basic administrative responsibilities in a small business environment.

Highlighted Duties:
  • Answer and route incoming calls.  
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the Owner’s calendar and schedule meetings.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Handle basic clerical and administrative tasks, including data entry.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents.
  • Prepare correspondence and other documents using Microsoft Word.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.  
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
