Note: This role requires you to be onsite 3 days a week in Los Angeles, CA.
Our media client is seeking a versatile Coordinator to join their Talent Relations Team. This role will work to support our team across guest appearances and sourcing opportunities for talent to appear on the network. The ideal candidate is passionate about sports, culture & podcasts.
What You'll Do
  • Create and develop a system for upcoming content for culture & sports calendar
  • Track and continuously update documents with upcoming film, TV, book releases, sporting events, award show
  • Support onsite guest appearances by managing logistics
  • Work closely with the Talent Relations team supporting guest booking and new show launches
  • Maintain a calendar with show teams for performance review check ins
  • Research and generate talent lists as needed for various projects across podcast slate and live programming
  • Liaise between the Talent Relations team and legal department to maintain clear communication and manage record keeping
  • Establish workflow and consistent check-ins with show teams
  • Work collaboratively with show teams, producers, podcast managers

Who You Are
  • 0-2 years experience in media, entertainment or sports industry
  • Passionate about culture, film & TV, sports, music
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communicator who can collaborate well with others
  • Proactive and action oriented
  • Willingness to travel and be onsite for tapings
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong familiarity with pop culture scene and/or sports industry

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $32.00 to $38.00. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
