Job description

Compensation Range:
$14.77 - $19.75
Position Summary:
Hiring hourly range: $14.77 to $16.24 depending on qualifications.
Job Duties:
  • This position organizes, schedules and coordinates several state licensure training programs such Security Officer "D" License, Security Officer "G" License, Class "CC" Private Investigator Intern, Class "EE" Recovery Agent Intern, Bail Bonds Agent and Court Process Server. Prepares the activities required of the program.
  • Ensures adequate supplies and equipment are available for students, instructors and programs.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and inventory control.
  • Monitors, verifies, administers and prepares standardized examinations in accordance with college procedures of Post-Secondary Adult Vocational programs.
  • Monitors all phases of ongoing programs and prepares and submits reports to ensure adherence to all standards and guidelines.
  • Evaluates instructors, courses and curriculum to ensure programs meet industry standards and guidelines.
  • Solicits input from outside agencies regarding courses needed for program certification or to enhance program offerings.
  • Coordinates the program budget with college procedures.
  • Performs other similar and related duties.

Preferred Qualifications:
Class "DI" and Class "K" Licenses. Prior vocational teaching experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum Qualifications:
The position requires at least a bachelor's degree and at least two years of prior-related work experience.
The position requires at least a High School diploma or GED equivalent if substituting experience for education. Technical certification and/or license may also be required for some programs.
