Position: Azure Data Architect

Location: Detroit, MI

Fulltime

Skills:

  • Strong experience as an Azure Data Architect
  • Strong knowledge of OneLake, Fabric Lakehouse, and Fabric Warehouse.
  • Extensive experience with Azure Data Factory and data pipeline development.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong experience with Azure Synapse Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with PySpark, Spark, Python, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of modern data warehouse and data lakehouse architectures.
  • Experience designing and implementing Power BI solutions and semantic models.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data engineering patterns.
  • Experience with Azure cloud data services and enterprise-scale data platforms.
    Strong understanding of data security, governance, data quality, and access-control principles.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience migrating traditional data warehouses to Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience with Delta Lake and medallion architecture.
  • Knowledge of Fabric Data Engineering, Data Factory, Notebooks, and pipelines.
