    Job Overview
    Concentra is seeking a Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience in building scalable data pipelines and working with healthcare/clinical datasets. The ideal candidate will have experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), ETL development, and structuring data lakes/schemas. This role requires initiative, problem-solving ability, and flexibility to contribute across data architecture, cleaning, and integration tasks.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and integration workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
    • Work with healthcare/clinical datasets ensuring compliance with HIPAA, EHR systems, and industry standards.
    • Structure and optimize data lakes, data warehouses, and schemas for analytics and reporting.
    • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to support diverse data needs.
    • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and migration to support analytics and application integration.
    • Troubleshoot pipeline failures, monitor performance, and implement process improvements.
    • Ensure scalability, reliability, and data governance across all workflows.
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • 3-6 years of professional Data Engineering experience.
    • Strong hands-on expertise with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and building ETL/ELT pipelines.
    • Experience with healthcare/clinical data (HIPAA compliance, EHR systems).
    • Proven ability to structure data lakes/schemas and optimize for performance.
    • Solid SQL development and data modeling experience.
    • Ability to handle multiple roles including data architecture, cleaning, and integration.
