As Warehouse Automations Supervisor, you'll keep our automated packing and shipping engine running at peak speed so every order moves out with precision. You'll coordinate all automated machinery initiatives, supervise a 10-20 person team (including temps), and set clear standards for efficiency and accuracy.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the Genesys Compact and related automation, scheduling and guiding daily automation crews, ensuring routine maintenance and safe operation, and handling light troubleshooting to keep downtime low. As orders surge, you pivot between monitoring performance, clearing small snags, and syncing with partners so packing and shipping stays smooth. Midday brings timecard and PTO approvals, plus a hands-on training moment with a new temp who needs clarity on expectations.
By late shift, you're walking the area again, reinforcing accuracy, capturing notes for maintenance follow-ups, and setting the team up to hit tomorrow's targets with confidence.
