Warehouse Associates
 Automation Personnel Services is seeking Warehouse Workers for general warehouse positions in the Pelham, McCalla and Calera area. 

 Pay Rate
 $15- $17.00 ( depending on client)
 
Schedule and Hours
 1st shift  (shift times vary by client)
 
 Warehouse AssociatesDuties and Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, stage, and load outgoing orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and audits.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand truck).
  • Restock materials and organize storage areas.
  • Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow OSHA and company safety procedures.
  • Support daily warehouse operations and team goals.
Warehouse AssociatesQualifications and Requirements
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus. 
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs-75lbs (may vary by company). 
  • Basic scanner skills for inventory systems. 
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability. 
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for long periods.
