The Academic Services Associate (ASA) position for TROY Online Academic Services is responsible for:
• Assisting advisees with the planning and registering of classes.
• Keeping students on track and focusing on the retention of advisees
• Focusing on student engagement
• Working daily CRM Alerts and Tasks related to student progression
• Coordinate with ID and other areas on special projects
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent related work experience
2. Extensive computer knowledge
3. Proficiency in communication (verbal and written)
4. Excellent organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in a higher education environment
2. Knowledge of Troy University
