The Temporary Records Specialist provides administrative and clerical support within a medical office setting to ensure efficient daily operations. This role focuses on document management, data entry, and general office assistance while maintaining strict confidentiality of patient information. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Essential Functions
  • Scan, organize, and digitally archive patient and departmental documents in accordance with office procedures
  • File physical and electronic medical records accurately while maintaining compliance with privacy standards
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with retrieval of medical records and documentation requests
  • Support clinical and administrative staff with clerical duties as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and organizational information
  • Perform general office tasks such as copying, printing, and sorting mail
  • Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
