  • Maintain consistent branding, formatting, and publishing standards across all content.
  • Ensure videos meet platform and quality standards before publishing.
  • Troubleshoot upload, scheduling, formatting, and publishing issues as needed.
  • Schedule and set up recurring and special livestreams through Restream.
  • Edit, prepare, and schedule short-form videos using Opus and other editing tools.
  • Assist with trimming, captions, graphics, transitions, and other video editing needs.
  • Identify new video topics, formats, publishing opportunities, and content trends that can support channel growth.
  • Monitor channel performance using YouTube Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Track key performance metrics including views, watch time, audience retention, engagement, subscriber growth, click-through rate, and traffic sources.
  • Prepare regular performance reports highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve audience growth, content performance, and monetization.
  • Review completed videos for quality, accuracy, formatting, and publishing readiness.

  • Experience creating and managing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and organized data sets.
  • Experience scheduling and publishing long-form, short-form, and livestream content.
  • Strong understanding of digital content performance metrics, including CTR, retention, watch time, and engagement.
  • Experience with basic to intermediate video editing and short-form content creation.
  • Comfortable editing videos and handling basic to intermediate video editing tasks as part of the role.
