LOCATION:Irving, TX 75038 | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

ROLE IMPACT

This role supports high-volume recruiting efforts for skilled construction professionals across active project sites. Success in this position means quickly delivering qualified contractors and trades talent to meet project timelines and workforce demands. The Recruiter plays a critical role in keeping field operations fully staffed and on schedule.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for construction roles including contractors, foremen, carpenters, and related skilled trades
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting through offer coordination for short-term project needs
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand construction positions
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding onboarding steps and start dates

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
