Fixed term/temporary assignment

Duration: 3-Month Assignment

Location: Chicago Corporate Office (On-Site, 5 Days Per Week)

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000

GGP has an immediate in-office opening for an Associate Recruiter at our Chicago Corporate office. This is a fixed term, temporary assignment with an expected duration of 3 months. We are looking for a recruiter who can join the team and hit the ground running, supporting active requisitions from day one.

Position Summary

The Associate Recruiter will be responsible for the day-to-day recruitment activities and initiatives for an assigned business group, supporting a mixture of field and corporate positions. This role will utilize effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across both non-exempt and exempt roles.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for full cycle talent recruitment, sourcing and recruitment activities for a mixture of field and corporate roles, including both non-exempt and exempt positions

  • Research and network with passive candidates in an effort to build a pipeline of key talent available for immediate and future needs, as well as create robust sourcing strategies that will attract top talent

  • Manage all scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and interviewers

  • Ensure timely follow-up with candidates to provide a positive candidate experience

  • Analyze recruitment trends and metrics and develop solutions and improvements when necessary

  • Partner with hiring managers and the compensation team to present and negotiate candidate offers

  • Provide guidance to employees on general benefit and employment questions

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of full cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of roles

  • Experience supporting both field and corporate recruiting preferred

  • Workday experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Process oriented

  • Strong execution and follow through

  • Flexible and demonstrated ability to multitask

  • Must be able to keep confidential employee and team information discrete
