Aerotek is hiring Asphalt Laborers to join a hardworking paving crew! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors, and being part of a team that builds and repairs roads, parking lots, and driveways.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Assist with asphalt paving, patching, and resurfacing
• Load, unload, and distribute materials and equipment
• Rake, shovel, and level asphalt for smooth, quality finishes
• Operate hand tools and small equipment (tampers, rollers, blowers, saws)
• Support paving machine operators and crew members
• Prepare and clean job sites before and after work
• Remove old pavement, debris, and materials as needed
• Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE
• Help direct traffic when needed
• Perform general labor duties as assigned

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greensburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
