Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Java Production Support Engineer (L2) with 10+ years of IT experience and strong hands-on experience supporting Java-based applications in a banking/financial services environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in L2 production support, incident/problem management, application troubleshooting, Java/J2EE, SQL, Unix/Linux, batch processing, and production monitoring. Prior experience working directly for or supporting a banking/financial institution is strongly preferred.
