Do you have a background in video production, storytelling, video editing, and content production? As a Video Producer and Editor for AWS ProServe, you will be surrounded by people that are extremely passionate about AI, cloud computing, and believe that combining technical expertise with business strategy is critical to customer success.
AWS Professional Services (ProServe) combines AI-enhanced delivery, specialized solutions, deep industry expertise, and dedicated centers of delivery excellence (VMware, SAP, and more) to help organizations design, build, migrate, and manage their AWS workloads and applications. Businesses get unique access to AWS innovations, proven frameworks, and specialized capabilities to accelerate timelines, reduce risk, and deliver faster time to value.
Key job responsibilities
AWS has an opening for a Video Producer and Editor focused on producing video and digital content for ProServe. You are someone who thrives in leading complex initiatives across multiple teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating complex video deliverables across the creative program portfolio, synthesizing strategic customer research to develop campaign ideas, and directing creative output of internal and external partners. You lead one or more video programs by defining creative strategy and determining where to simplify or extend solutions for best outcomes.
The ideal candidate has a comprehensive portfolio that demonstrates strategic visual storytelling leadership across a variety of formats and styles, including technical content, creative campaigns, and social media platforms. To succeed, you need advanced video production expertise, strategic thinking capabilities, and a passion for mentoring others while driving process improvements. As a Video Producer, you own the strategic direction of video production programs for the ProServe team, influence across multiple teams and leadership, and are responsible for delivering on complex projects that support long-term business goals and customer experience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of content creation or similar experience
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative software, primarily Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop/Indesign at an advanced level
- Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of relevant professional or military experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
- Experience with a variety of digital media workflows and post production
- Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
- Can show excellent decision-making capabilities under pressure
- 3+ years of designing and producing content for a technical audience, such as Software Engineers, System Administrators, or IT professionals experience
- Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
- Experience in production and post production
- Experience with marketing strategies in online and mobile channels
- Experience leading cross-organizational video initiatives with measurable business impact

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
