We're growing! Our established Insurance & Financial Services Agency in Rochester, NY is looking for an Experienced Customer Service / Sales Support Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others.

If you have experience in Insurance, Financial services, Sales or Customer Service and are looking for a positive, team-oriented work environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include: Assisting clients with policy changes, billing, claims, and policy questions. Supporting the office sales goals by identifying sales opportunities and pivoting them from service transactions. Maintaining accurate records and delivering top-tier service. Supporting our Sales Focused Team Members and Agency Operations.

Qualifications: Minimum of 1-2 years customer service or sales experience in a sales environment is preferred. Current P&C or Life/Health License preferred but we are willing to license and train the right team member! Dependable, friendly, detail-oriented and a team player! Compensation: $55,920.00 - $70,240.00 per year
