You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.ย

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments and uncover customer needs.ย 
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Insurance Sales Experience is a HUGE PLUS!
  • Property and Casualty License that is up to dateย 
  • Life/Health license willing to obtain
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.ย  Enjoys talking to customers!
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred!
