Greenleaf Homecare, LLC is looking for Registered Nurses who enjoy monitoring and helping to maintain the health of seniors and those who are disabled receiving personal in-home care services.ย  RN's who enjoy working independently with a flexible schedule are encouraged to consider an outstanding career opportunity.

Greenleaf Homecare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurses on a part-time basis to provide assessments and supervisory visits. This is a field-based position which allows for some work from home and also requires regular travel to client homes throughout Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Union, and Gaston County.ย 

You would assess clients to determine the plan of care for non-medical aide services. This role is limited to conducting nursing assessments and supervisory visits and does not involve direct patient care. Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Traveling throughout the local region

  • Visiting clients in their homes

  • Assessing clientโ€™s activities of daily living and evaluating each clientโ€™s home environment.

  • Completing electronic reports related to clientโ€™s health status, diagnoses, medications and other pertinent factors.

Job Type: Part-time/PRN

Pay: $80 per assessment
