TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Centralia, Washington, 98531!

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 12-Hour Shifts | Per Diem | Onsite

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Department environment
  • Maintain safe and effective patient ratios of 4:1 in a fast-paced ED setting
  • Float to comparable units or specialties based on facility needs when requested
  • Complete required pre-start modules and any annual re-orientation or re-validation training
  • Maintain a minimum of 4 shifts per month per assignment requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Active Washington State RN License (no license hits accepted)
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience in a facility seeing at least 95 patients per day
  • Current BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), TNCC, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required
  • Epic EMR experience required (proficiency level 3 or 4)
  • Minimum of 2 supervisor references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
  • Must reside within 50–55 miles of the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience working in a high-acuity Emergency Department with consistent 4:1 patient ratios
  • Familiarity with per diem scheduling and shift-booking platforms
  • Recent work history within the last 3–6 months in a comparable clinical setting
