Job description

As the Cost Accountant, you will be responsible for the cost accounting and general ledger functions for assigned manufacturing plants. The position will act as the liaison between the plants and the HQ finance organization for cost controlling and financial reporting.
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for this position. Please note that, at this time, we are only considering applications from local candidates. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to St. Louis, MO to be eligible for consideration.   • Prepare plant financial budgeting/forecasting reports
  • Perform monthly closing and variance analysis
  • Ensure consistency between plants for cost expense categorization
  • Issue monthly financial KPI's for plant cost controlling

Salary Range: $70,000 - $96,000
Annual Bonus Target: 5%, subject to plan provisions.
