  • Takes customer orders accurately and efficiently through the drive-thru, using strong listening skills and a clear, friendly speaking voice to ensure every guest feels heard and cared for throughout the ordering process.
  • Prepares a wide range of beverages-including coffees, espressos, lattes, teas, energy drinks, shakes, and customized specialty creations-following all 7 Brew recipes, standards, portion guidelines, and beverage preparation procedures.
