Job description

Position Overview:

As an Account Recruiting Manager (ARM), you serve as the primary point of contact between our internal recruiting team and the client sites you manage. This is a hybrid role involving high-volume recruiting, onsite workforce support, and active relationship management with client Site Supervisors. You will play a vital role in ensuring reliable placements, smooth onboarding, and ongoing site-level success.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Conduct 5 to 10 daily candidate screens for general labor roles.
  • Oversee candidate submittals from internal recruiters for your assigned sites, ensuring quality and speed.
  • Onboard a minimum of 15 new hires per week across all managed locations.
  • Initiate and monitor pre-employment training, onboarding workflows, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other internal tools.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary liaison for client Site Supervisors, fostering strong working relationships.
  • Communicate staffing forecasts, onboarding schedules, and any daily operational needs.
  • Respond to urgent client requests, call-outs, or site issues in real time.
  • Support the client in managing temp worker performance and addressing feedback or escalations.
Onsite Support & Operations
  • Travel regularly to client sites to perform in-person check-ins with workers and site supervisors.
  • Track and manage PPE inventory levels on all assigned sites, restocking as needed.
  • Ensure all new hires are safety trained, properly equipped, and job-ready before their start.
  • Assist with timekeeping verification, roster management, and compliance tracking at the site level.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or operations in a client-facing or field role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Able to manage multiple sites, priorities, and personalities with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus but not required.

Work Schedule & Conditions:
  • Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Location: Hybrid - remote and onsite
  • Travel: Required to assigned client locations (typically local or regional)

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Relevant field experience will be considered.
