Job description

Driver Helper I

Location: Moab Yard, UT

Duration: 5 Months (Possible Extension)

Schedule: Monday – Saturday | Start as early as 2:00 AM until route completion

Interview Process: Phone and possible face-to-face

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable Driver Helper to assist delivery drivers with unloading and delivering produce to customers. This role involves physical labor, customer interaction, and working in various weather conditions. The candidate will not drive but will support the driver in completing daily routes safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist driver with timely and accurate delivery of orders
  • Load and unload trucks using hand trucks or dollies
  • Deliver and stack merchandise at customer locations
  • Verify returned products with appropriate personnel
  • Ensure items are properly secured to prevent damage during transit
  • Accurately count and handle delivered goods
  • Maintain professional interaction with customers and team members
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Work overtime as required

Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of warehouse or related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English
