Work Conditions:Food Manufacturing / Production Environment

Pay:$18.50- $20.50 per hour (Temp)

Work Hours: Multiple Shifts Available

A Shift (12-Hour Rotating Schedule)

  • Week 1: Sunday – Tuesday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Week 2: Sunday – Wednesday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

B Shift (12-Hour Rotating Schedule)

  • Week 1: Wednesday – Saturday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Week 2: Thursday – Saturday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

D Shift (12-Hour Rotating Schedule)

  • Week 1: Wednesday - Saturday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
  • Week 2: Thursday - Saturday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Schedule assignments are based on plant needs and confirmed during interview.

Position Summary:

The Production Laborer will work on a high-speed food production line, assisting in the mixing and packaging of products. This role requires consistent movement, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on production lines in mixing and packaging areas
  • Bend, lift, and dump product onto conveyor lines
  • Accurately package and store finished food products
  • Follow allSOPs, SSOPs, GMP, FDA, and OSHAregulations
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Track and record inventory and production counts
  • Ensure finished goods are stored properly
  • Meet or exceed daily production and packaging goals

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be18 years or older
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move for12-hour shifts
  • Ability to lift up to50 lbs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in food manufacturing or production environments
  • Knowledge ofGMP, SQF, or warehouse systems (SAP/LPR)
  • Experience with continuous improvement or preventative maintenance processes

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Exposure to food production environment withnoise and varying temperatures (60–100°F)
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching
  • Work around operating machinery and production equipment
