Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
West Loop | High-End Design Firm | Growth Opportunity
Join a well-known, high-end design firm in the West Loop and become the face of a collaborative, design-driven studio. This is a unique opportunity to step into a long-term role with real growth potential while maintaining great work-life balance.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Serve as the face of the office-greet clients, guests, and vendors
  • Answer and screen calls, manage the daily office calendar
  • Coordinate and prep meetings, conference rooms, materials, and catering
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and office supply management
  • Track and organize expenses in QuickBooks and support monthly closeouts
  • Coordinate logistics for leadership (scheduling, travel, transportation)
  • Partner with vendors for presentations and studio updates
  • Support onboarding of new employees and general office operations

Pay and Benefits
