To thrive as a Temp Web Developer, you need proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a solid understanding of responsive design, often supported by a relevant degree or coding bootcamp experience. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, content management systems (CMS), and frameworks such as React or Angular is typically required. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and effective communication help you quickly integrate into new teams and manage shifting project priorities. You may be responsible for coding, debugging, updating content, or integrating new features, and clear communication is essential to ensure a smooth handover when your contract ends.
