Monday - Friday

Pay Range

$51.05 - $76.60

Primary Location: Vein Services located in Clemmons, NC

Secondary Location: Imaging Services - Winston Salem Campus

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program, Master's degree preferred

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION:

  • Current applicable state Medical Board Medical License
  • Certified by NCCPA

Essential Functions:

  • Patient evaluation
  • Discuss treatment plans with patients
  • Interact with patients and referring physicians
  • Gain competence with office-based procedures including sclerotherapy, michrophlebectomy and duplex evaluation
  • Work closely with the attending physician (Dr. Regan)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ultrasound and sclerotherapy experience are desirable but not required
  • Experience with vascular assessment and management desirable but not required
  • Applicant will receive training from Dr. Regan with the goal of functioning independently

Work Environment:

  • Outpatient vein clinic (Wake Forest Heart and Vascular) with high procedural volume including symptomatic and cosmetic patients
  • Small, efficient staff with a strong team orientation
