Temporary staff are typically employed by staffing agencies and assigned to work at client companies for a set period. This arrangement provides businesses with flexibility and allows workers to gain experience in various industries.

Additionally, building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates is essential to ensure successful placements and repeat business. Adapting to diverse industries and understanding various job requirements can also require flexibility and continuous learning. Despite these challenges, the fast-paced environment offers valuable experience and networking opportunities within the HR and recruitment field.
