Job Details

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

This temporary role as a Learning Technology Associate Systems Analyst works in partnership with the Learning Technologies team to support the Workday LMS transition.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide ongoing enterprise level support for the LMS (Workday Learning) to employees and physicians, including, maintenance, usage, analysis and administration
  • Provide end-user technical support (troubleshooting, reporting technical issues, etc.) for Workday Learning, resolving end-user issues in a timely manner.
  • Work with the Learning technologies and Shared Service teams to configure and assign roles and privileges within Workday Learning
  • Manage, prepare, and deliver regular reports & reports as requested from key stakeholders by using existing report templates or creating custom reports
  • Coordinate with department-level administrators across Christiana Care to effectively support managers, instructors and learners
  • Manage & coordinate various processes and documentation related to Workday Learning
  • Support the implementation of new Workday Learning functionalities
  • Work with Instructional Designers to support the testing of eLearning Modules to be delivered through Workday Learning
  • Communicate changes and updates to Workday Learning to affected users and key stakeholders
  • Audit and monitor data integrity in Workday Learning
  • Support and/or coordinate LMS-related projects as assigned
  • Performs assigned work safely, adhering to established departmental safety rules and practices; reports to supervisor, in a timely manner, any unsafe activities, conditions, hazards, or safety violations that may cause injury to oneself, other employees, patients and visitors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Information Technology, Information Systems, Education, Curriculum Development.
  • 2-3 years of equivalent experience in the field of business administration, informational technology, education, training & development, or healthcare.
  • Over 3 years of enterprise system admin experience with Workday Learning
  • Helpdesk or end-user technical support preferred
  • A combination of education and experience may be substituted

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive knowledge of Workday Learning System
  • Ability to analyze routine problems and present available options for resolving in manner that technical and non-technical staff can understand
  • Performs a variety of complicated tasks
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of users and stakeholders at different levels utilizing different methods (written, verbal, visual)
  • Works with minimal supervision
  • Ability to organize and manage time effectively as demonstrated by the ability to manage multiple tasks within a project.
Hourly Pay Range: $35.39 - $56.63This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
