Journeyman level — can complete task little to no supervision (not a helper position)

  • Location: Cartersville/Euharlee, GA (Plant Bowen)
  • Pay Rate: $32–$35 per hr
  • Per Diem: $16 per hr
  • Hr/Wk: 60 hrs scheduled (6×10s) — up to 70 during ramp-up
  • Weekly Earnings: $3,200–$3,900+ potential with OT and per diem
  • Duration: 12 months +

Scope: Underground Duct Banks â€” PVC assembly, spacers, multi-level banks, rigid stub-ups, concrete-encased runs, manhole terminations

  • Skills:
    • Reading duct bank drawings — plans, sections, elevations
    • PVC conduit assembly & solvent welding
    • Setting duct spacers, building multi-level banks
