Position Overview:

The Foley Entertainment Group LLC (โ€œFEGโ€) โ€“ which operates the National Hockey Leagueโ€™s Vegas Golden Knights in addition to several other sports, venue, and hospitality entities โ€“ is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a temporary Retail Associate role โ€“ The Arsenal at City National Arena within a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

The Arsenal Sales Associate is first and foremost responsible for providing superior customer service. They are also responsible for basic upkeep within the store, completing transactions, helping to meet visual standards, processing shipments and assisting with inventory management.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service in accordance with organization standards
  • Build relationships while creating a memorable experience for all guests
  • Strive to resolve customer service challenges in a professional and courteous manner
  • Learn about the brands and individual products carried in the store to be a resource for our guests
  • Help to drive sales and reach goals with the direction of management
  • Process and maintain stock by assisting in receiving, organizing, straightening and replenishing product
  • Assist management to maintain store visuals and displays to tell a story and to allow for ease of shopping
  • Accurately and efficiently complete all transactions and paperwork while adhering to company policies and procedures
  • All other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Prove customer service skills
  • Prior retail and/or sales experience is required
  • Possess the highest integrity and ethical standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must have sufficient availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to push, stoop, balance, kneel, crouch and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to stand or walk up to 95% of shift
  • Willingness to learn how to and operate a heat press machine as needed for the business
