Location: Hutto, TX (Company Housing Provided)
Employment Type: Temporary, W-2 Exempt (Approx. 3 months)
Compensation: Equivalent to $30.00 - $40.00 per hour (Hourly basis), with overtime voluntarily provided at 1.5x regular rate for hours worked over 40 per week


* Position Overview

PROCON E&C GA, Inc. is seeking motivated and reliable Project Workers for a temporary assignment of approximately three (3) months. This role supports construction project activities at our job site in Taylor, TX.

This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA); however, for the duration of this project, the Company will provide voluntary overtime compensation for hours worked over 40 per week.


* Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned project-related labor and support tasks at the jobsite.
  • Follow Company safety policies, site-specific rules, and supervisor instructions.
  • Maintain a professional and cooperative attitude while working in a team environment.
  • Assist with project requirements as needed, including extended or weekend hours.


* Compensation & Benefits

  • Regular Pay: Equivalent to $30.00 - $40.00 per hour (paid on a hourly basis).
  • Overtime: 1.5x regular rate for hours worked over 40 in a week (voluntary company policy for this project only).
  • Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly payroll.


* Additional Company-Provided Support:

  • Meals: Lunch provided on workdays; dinner stipend of $250 bi-weekly.
  • Housing: Shared company housing in Hutto, TX (utilities included).
  • Transportation: Shared company vehicle for commuting between housing and jobsite.
    • If the employee chooses to use their own vehicle instead of the company vehicle, the Company will provide fuel reimbursement only for job-related commuting.
  • Airfare: Round-trip airfare between Austin, TX and Home reimbursed monthly (standard economy, 30-day advance booking).

* Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
  • Overtime work is mandatory if required by project needs.
  • Ability to travel and reside in company-provided housing during the assignment.
  • Must pass background check, E-Verify employment authorization, and drug screening prior to assignment.
