  5. Serve as the primary point of accountability for project execution and delivery.
  6. Manage all project documentation including RFIs, submittals, as-built drawings, and closeout packages.
  7. Identify scope gaps, change order opportunities, and execution risks, and communicate them promptly.
  8. Coordinate closely with Lead Foremen to ensure field execution aligns with project plans and schedules.
  9. Conduct regular project check-ins and site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
  10. Act as the primary customer and GC-facing representative for assigned projects.
  11. Participate in project meetings, coordination calls, and site walks as required.
  12. Ensure project work complies with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and company standards.
  13. Support project closeout activities including final documentation, punch list resolution, and turnover.

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience managing construction or low-voltage integration projects.
  2. Strong understanding of construction project workflows, documentation, and execution processes.
  3. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and manpower allocation.
  4. Familiarity with low-voltage systems including structured cabling, fiber, CCTV, AV, and access control.
  5. Experience coordinating or supervising foremen, field crews, and temporary labor resources.
  6. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  7. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
  9. Proficiency with basic project management tools, documentation platforms, and standard office software.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Ability to travel to and work on active construction sites as required.
  2. Ability to work in unfinished buildings, active job sites, and outdoor environments.
  3. Ability to walk job sites, climb stairs or ladders, and access work areas as needed.
