KeyStaff is seeking an experience Procurement Specialist to join our team with Orange County FL.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $21.51 per hour
Start: ASAP
Type of work: Temporary

Job Description:
  • Initiates and processes procurement actions, purchase requisitions, and delivery orders in compliance with Orange County policies.
  • Logs, distributes, and tracks vendor invoices to ensure timely review, processing, and payment.
  • Processes purchase orders, receiving transactions, invoices, payment packages, and change orders using the Advantage Financial System.
  • Reviews vendor quotes, receipts, and invoices to ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and timely payment through Accounts Payable.
  • More duties will be assigned.
Requirement:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Drug Test is required
  • Background Check required
  • Accountant, financial background (preferable)
