Your role within the team 
Working closely with the fulfillment team, the Logistics Intern will gain exposure to different aspects of logistics operations. You will have the opportunity to sharpen your project management skills, understand the ins and outs of transportation, and become a whiz with MS Excel. 
The Procurement Intern will complete their internship by presenting a comprehensive Procurement Project to the team. This project will showcase the intern’s achievements and serve as a portfolio of their capabilities and contributions to H&H Group.

Duties and responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities  
·       Collaborate and work closely with fulfillment activities including order review, entry, warehouse coordination, transportation coordination, tracking and invoicing. EDI and/or NetSuite experience is beneficial. 
·       Utilize warehouse management systems to track orders and inventory movements.
·       Daily sales order coordination with customers, sales, and logistics teams. 
·       Assist with capturing and report on weekly order fulfillment KPI’s such as fill rate, on-time shipping, and on-time delivery 
·       Collaborate on new sales opportunities and order fulfillment solutions including cost savings initiatives. 
·       Work cross-functionally with finance to research and dispute customer compliance chargebacks. 
·       Collaborate on strategic projects such as product and display launches. 
·       15-20 hours working time per week.
