Principes fondamentaux du droit judiciaire en matiere civile. Objet de la preuve. Fardeaux et standards. Nature et force probante des differents moyens de preuve (temoignage, aveu, presomptions, element materiel, ecrits). Preuve technologique. Recevabilite des elements et moyens de preuve (limites au temoignage, oui-dire, etc.).

Requirements:

La Faculte de droit, Section de droit civil cherche a recruter des professeur.es a temps partiel qui se distinguent par leur expertise et qui jouent un role de premier plan dans la profession juridique. Pour enseigner ce cours, le ou la candidat.e doit :
- Detenir un LL.L. ou un LL.B. (ou leur equivalent);
- Etre membre en regle du Barreau du Quebec, du barreau d'une autre province ou de la Chambre des notaires du Quebec;
- Avoir une experience significative et pertinente dans le domaine concerne par ce cours et/ou detenir un diplome d'etudes superieures dans ce domaine et/ou avoir contribue a la recherche par des publications academiques demontrant une expertise reconnue dans ce domaine;
- Le fait d'avoir une experience d'enseignement universitaire dans une faculte de droit est un atout.
A sa discretion, la Faculte se reserve le droit de selectionner un.e postulant.e ne repondant pas entierement aux criteres de l'affichage si sa selection serait dans l'interet du programme, du cours ou des etudiant.es ou en raison d'une autre justification connexe.
