Role Overview

Pridestaff is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Medical Receptionist to join a thriving medical practice. This role serves as the operational backbone of the clinic, ensuring that patients receive seamless care from the moment they call to the moment they check out.

The ideal candidate blends the technical knowledge of a medical receptionist with the organizational expertise of a high-level administrative professional.

Locations, This position requires the ability to travel to three different locations: Farmington Hills, Novi, and Royal Oak. Michigan

Compensation: $18/Hour

Schedule: 4 days a week 10 hours shift. M-F

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Coordination: Manage high-volume multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate specialized patient testing and follow-up care.
  • Clinical Operations: Maintain precise electronic medical records (EMR) and filing systems, ensuring 100% accuracy and HIPAA compliance.
  • Insurance & Billing: Facilitate insurance verifications, obtain prior authorizations for treatments, and assist with medical coding/billing processes.
  • Office Administration: Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, medical transcription, and inventory oversight for clinical supplies and equipment.
  • Efficiency Management: Support the clinical team by streamlining office workflows and performing general clerical duties as needed to ensure an optimal patient experience.
