Business Operations Manager - BGS Integration

Boeing Global Services is seeking a Business Operations Manager - BGS Integration, in this high visibility role, you will serve as a business support interface with Executive Leadership, driving business execution and capability enhancement through efficient and agile operations. You will leverage knowledge and expertise to transform the operating model through systems, tools and processes. Building and nurturing strong relationships with internal stakeholders, peers and your team will be essential to success.You will also partner with key stakeholders to manage and support special projects targeted at enhancing operational efficiency. Position is located in Plano, TX.

Position responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Delivers outcomes while working in a fast paced, high visibility, ambiguous and ever-changing environment.

  • Coordinates artifacts, presentations and content that will be shared with senior executives and customers.

  • Supports and manages day-to-day operations and meetings.

  • Lead a high-performing team with strong execution discipline and a "focus and finish" mindset.

  • Coach and develop leaders and team members.

  • Facilitates structured data call process with appropriate stakeholders, leveraging a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Assists in the development and integration of projects, strategies, and processes to meet business goals.

  • Leads the analysis, execution, and continuous improvement of the management system.

  • Champion new ways of working that engage a global, digitally enabled workforce.

  • Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support decision makers and team members.

  • Tracks actions to resolution.

  • Manages and updates operating tools (OneNote, SharePoint, File shares, Outlook, etc.).

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience)

  • Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functionalproject/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership."

  • 3+ years of experience working with executive leadership

  • 3+ years of direct experience performing in a finance, scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, business support services, program management, project management or business operations role

  • 3+ years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion

  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and analytical skills

  • Highly intuitive and proactive in anticipating others' needs
