Job description

This role supports the day-to-day administration of a Learning Management System, including managing user accounts, uploading content, and resolving technical issues through a ticketing system. It requires strong technical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and support users effectively. Client Details A well-established, mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on advancing civil rights and civil liberties through advocacy, education, and legal initiatives across the United States.

Description Manage day-to-day administration of the LMS, including user accounts and system maintenance Respond to and resolve support tickets via a ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk) Upload and assign learning content and training programs Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support Assist with system updates, enhancements, and process documentation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
