Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Key West Senior Village, 1600 West Clements Street, Odessa, TX, 79763

Job Summary

Key West Senior Village is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our senior living community. The ideal candidate will ensure that all facilities and equipment are maintained in excellent condition, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
  • Manage and lead the maintenance team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Schedule and oversee contractors and vendors as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inventory, and equipment.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Assist in budgeting and planning for maintenance projects and capital improvements.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in residential or senior living facilities.
