Job description

We are looking for  Molding Machine Operators to join our production team in the East Troy, WI area. Multiple shifts available. Pay starting $16-$17.25/hr.

1st Shift 7AM- 3PM

2nd Shift- 3PM- 11PM

3rd Shift- 11PM-7AM

Responsibilities
  • Follow instructions in the Shop Order Packet.

  • Operate and monitor assigned molding machines.

  • Inspect your own parts to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Follow ISO procedures and department work instructions.

Qualifications
  • Basic math skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

  • Ability to stand for the entire shift.

  • Frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
