What is a temp logistics job?

Temp logistics jobs are temporary positions within the logistics industry, typically involving tasks such as inventory management, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations. These roles are often filled through staffing agencies or short-term contracts to help companies meet fluctuating demands. Temp logistics workers play a crucial role in keeping supply chains running smoothly, especially during peak seasons or when permanent staff are unavailable. While these positions are temporary, they can sometimes lead to permanent employment opportunities for strong performers.
