Job Description
An established precision manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Manual / CNC Grinder to join its machining operation. In this role, you will perform precision grinding and finishing work on a variety of manufactured components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multiple grinding processes and the ability to work to precise specifications. CNC grinding experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate manual grinding equipment to produce precision components
  • Perform centerless, ID/OD, surface, and Blanchard grinding operations
  • Complete honing processes according to job specifications
  • Inspect finished work to help ensure dimensional and quality requirements are met
  • Operate CNC grinding equipment when qualified and assist with precision grinding processes
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Previous grinding experience is required
  • Experience with centerless grinding
  • Experience with ID/OD grinding
  • Experience with honing, surface grinding, and/or Blanchard grinding
  • CNC grinding experience is highly preferred
  • Experience with Studer CNC grinding equipment is preferred
