MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIO OR SAMPLES
We are seeking a Temporary Graphic Designer to support the Creative team during a high-volume period, with a primary focus on Growth Marketing, Social Media, Loyalty, and key customer touchpoints.
This role will help bring campaigns and customer-focused initiatives to life across paid and organic social, acquisition and retention marketing, loyalty, promotional messaging, and other digital experiences. The ideal candidate is a strong visual designer who can work quickly within an established brand system while adapting creative across multiple audiences, channels, and formats. This is a hands-on design and execution role with opportunities to contribute creatively within established campaign direction.
What You'll Do
  • Design and execute creative for Growth Marketing, including paid social, acquisition, retargeting, and performance-driven campaigns
  • Develop organic and paid Social creative across multiple platforms and formats
  • Support Loyalty Program campaigns, member communications, offers, events, and ongoing customer engagement
  • Create assets for key customer touchpoints, including acquisition, retention, loyalty, promotions, and evergreen brand messaging
  • Adapt campaign creative across multiple sizes, placements, audiences, and digital channels
  • Balance strong brand storytelling with clear messaging, hierarchy, and calls to action
  • Execute within established brand guidelines while maintaining consistency across the customer journey
  • Prepare production-ready digital assets and ensure accuracy across deliverables
  • Partner closely with Creative, Growth, Social, Loyalty, Marketing, and Project Management teams to meet deadlines
What You'll Need
  • 3+ years of professional Graphic Design experience
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience working in Figma and Canva
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and digital design systems
  • Experience designing for social and performance marketing channels
  • Ability to translate campaign concepts into multiple customer-facing executions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in fashion, retail, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce
  • Experience designing for Growth/Performance Marketing and paid social
  • Experience supporting Loyalty, CRM, retention, or customer engagement programs
  • Understanding of social platform best practices and digital-first design
  • Experience working within an established consumer brand
