Seeking feedback and demonstrating reliability can also help temp employees stand out and potentially open doors to longer-term opportunities.

What is a temp employee?

Temp employees, or temporary employees, are workers hired for a limited period of time to fill short-term needs within an organization. They may be brought on to cover for permanent staff on leave, support increased workloads, or assist with special projects.
