As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience. You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing solutions in a professional and friendly manner. Your goal will be to foster customer loyalty by resolving issues efficiently and helping them make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues, offering effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
