Facility Office Manager Assistant
Location Dallas | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• Pay: 22.00
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Part Time Shift)
• Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

 

ROLE IMPACT
This role plays a key part in creating a positive and productive office environment by supporting daily facility operations, maintaining shared spaces, and assisting with office logistics. Your attention to detail and reliability will help ensure employees and visitors have a seamless workplace experience.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain office kitchens, copier stations, and common areas daily
• Refill supplies including condiments, paper towels, toner, and office materials
• Monitor office equipment and ensure operational readiness
• Assist with corporate events, including table/chair setup and breakdown
• Support office moves and facility-related projects
• Respond to additional requests from the Facilities team as needed
