Senior Manager, BI Engineering & Data Products
Overview
A leading organization is seeking a Senior Manager of BI Engineering & Data Products to lead a growing analytics engineering team and drive enterprise business intelligence capabilities.
This role will be responsible for scaling BI platforms, implementing governance frameworks, and delivering high-quality, reliable analytics solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of BI engineers and developers
  • Define and implement BI architecture, data models, and reporting frameworks
  • Build and maintain scalable BI pipelines from data ingestion through dashboards
  • Establish governance standards for data access, quality, and platform usage
  • Improve platform reliability and performance across BI tools
  • Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery speed, quality, and operational maturity
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in BI engineering, data engineering, or analytics
  • 4+ years of experience managing technical teams
  • Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and BI architecture
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
  • Experience with Python, dbt, or similar tools
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver enterprise-scale solutions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau
  • Experience building governance frameworks for data and analytics
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration tools
  • Experience in large, complex enterprise environments
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $179,000 โ€“ $195,000 annually
  • Bonus: Eligible to earn ~15% bonus
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement
Work Environment
  • Hybrid model (4 days onsite)
