An established law firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to support its legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research using platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.

• Draft, proofread, and organize legal documents and correspondence.

• Maintain case files and legal documentation.

• Assist attorneys with litigation, discovery, and trial preparation.

• Communicate with clients and witnesses to gather case information.

• Review documents for accuracy and compliance.

• Provide administrative and case management support.

• Collaborate with attorneys and team members on ongoing cases.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of law firm experience.

• Estate/Probate/Family experience preferred.

• Previous paralegal experience preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

• Familiarity with legal case management software.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

• Strong client service and phone etiquette.
